Is shipping really free?

Yep! We are footing the bill for all shipping costs for our US based clients!

Do you ship internationally?

No, as of now, shipping is only available in the US.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Absolutely! We can ship to US based PO boxes no problem.

Do I need to be there to sign for the package?

Nope! If you're not home, the driver will leave your package at the door, inside your mailbox, or with your doorman.

When will I receive my box?

We ship our boxes between the 20-25th of every month. As long as you order prior to the 20th (at least 1 business day) you'll get your first shipment with that batch.

How do I cancel?

If you'd like to cancel your subscription, simply email us at support@duradogs.com and we'll take care of you! You must cancel within 3 business days of your next payment processing.
